Your tutor is a personal, on-call resource who will help you through the material you find challenging, and – more importantly – not make you sit through lectures on stuff you already understand!; eLearning gives you the time to read, research and absorb information at a pace that suits you, as well as providing you with more time plan your answers and assessment. It is also a dynamic, interactive method that readily communicates the latest in theory and best practice.
When can I start?: Right now!
Can I mix & match?: Yes, you can!; Most qualifications allow you to select at least one or two subjects from outside of the ‘recommended’ electives. This means that you can do a retail unit in a business course, a sales unit in a recordkeeping course, or any combination you can imagine. With over 200 units to choose from, there are literally more pathways than there are people on the planet, meaning that your course can be as unique as you are.

Which unit should I do first?: There is no proscribed order for completion of the units. Some people prefer to choose a relatively ‘easy’ unit first up; that is, one that they are familiar with. Others like to get the ‘hardest’ unit out of the way, confident that everything after that should be straight-forward.; What is ‘easy’ and ‘hard’ differs from person to person, and depends on their life experience, interests and attitude. You can plan your own progression through each course.
Are there alternatives to written assessment?: Our online assessment tasks are not the only way that you can demonstrate your competence in the discrete and/or holistic unit outcomes.; You can elect to be assessed by interview (telephone or web), in the workplace, or through a portfolio of evidence that may include previous study in Australia or abroad, portfolios of workplace output, and/or supervisor reports.
What if I cannot complete my course?: You can pause your study for any reason at any time, and recommence at a later date (even years later if you so desire). There is no additional fee or ‘administrative levy’ for this service.; Another benefit of our program is the unlimited number of times you can resubmit assessment – effectively, you can never fail! Yet if you still feel that you have bitten off more than you can chew, then you are protected by our refund policy.

What do I receive when I graduate?: Upon successful completion of your course you will receive a nationally recognised Cerificate or Diploma, and a Statement of Attainment listing completed competencies. These will be posted to the most recent address that you have provided to us.; You will also receive .pdf copies of these documents that you can attach to electronic job applications with no loss of quality. We also guarantee a minimum 30 year validation service, should an employer wish to enquire about the legitimacy of your award.
Will you be offering any other units or courses in the future?: We are continually in the process of refreshing our current unit offering with the very latest in practical thinking, and are committed to a program of new unit and course development. This program involves extensive academic and industry consultation before proceeding to government accreditation.; We will keep all current and potential students informed via this website as new units and courses come online. This year promises to be a very exciting one for our clients!
